A Project TSVP-150 cargo air-cushion vessel is designed for performing the following tasks:
• Transportation of freights from vessels on roadstead to coastal warehouses;
• Transportation of freights from warehouses to destinations along land routes prepared in advance;
• Delivery of freights to working sites in a coastal sea area and on the shelf. The vessel is designed in accordance with the Russian River Register norms and she has got the class index +М-СП 3,5/1,25 СВП

- The same on shallow water (4 to 25 m depth), at up to sea state 3,10-22 knots (18-40 km p h);
- Over thick compact flat ice at up to 5 m per sec wind - about 55 knots (102 km p h);
- Over dense snow surface with up to 0.3 m obstacles, over meadows with up to 0.3 m hillocks and small shrubs, at up to 5 m per sec wind about 40 knots ;
- Over broken ice, 1 m high ridges, over marshes, meadows with small shrubs higher than 0.3 m up to 10 knots (18 km p h).
MAIN MACHINERY
Main power - MT70P main gas-turbine unit consists of gas-turbine engine and transmission.
Rated power of the engine is 7353 kW (10000 h.p.) at 150 C temperature of intake air. Fuel consumption of the main power plant at rated power of the 4 units is about 8 tons per hour.

Propulsors: 4 x units, each consisting of one air propeller in a ring nozzle.
Propellers: 3.5 m diameter four-bladed pushing type reversible same direction rotation controllable pitch air propellers.
Supercharging blowers: 4 x units, each consisting of an air intake, an impeller, an inlet guide vane and straightener, and an axial and radial diffuser. Impellers are 2.2m diameter, axial type.
Auxiliary power
2 x 150 kW (230 VAC, 400 Hz) diesel-generators
Diesel-generators are started electrically using 24 VDC accumulators.
